The point calculations on my website follow the same rules as the VCA Top Ten lists.

Points are calculated by

   1st Place: 4 times the number of dogs defeated in the stake
   2nd Place: 3 times "
   3rd Place: 2 times "
   4th Place: 1 times "

For example, if a stake has 10 starters, then

   1st gets 4x9 points (36 points)
   2nd gets 3x8 points
   3rd gets 2x7 points
   4th gets 1x6

For Puppy/Derby, only placements from Open Puppy and Open Derby count towards the total points.
For Open, only placements from OLGD, OLAA, NGDC (VCA and AKC), and NFC are used.
For Amateur, only placements from ALGD, ALAA, NAFC are used.
Placements from AWP, AWD, AGD, AAA, OGD, and OAA are NOT USED.
